Abstract

En France, le renouvellement des générations d'agriculteurs n'est actuellement pas assuré, avec seulement sept départs compensés sur dix. La transmission des exploitations agricoles est donc un enjeu important. Néanmoins, l'installation est complexe. Elle ne s'inscrit plus désormais dans un processus de transmission-installation dans un cadre familial vers un fils désigné, et de nombreux facteurs jouent très fortement, comme la démographie, l'état du marché du travail et les politiques sociales. Un accompagnement multidimensionnel est donc nécessaire pour favoriser les transmissions agricoles.
