Abstract

La génération Z (née entre 1995 et 2010) représente aujourd'hui un tiers de la population mondiale. Connectée, agile et porteuse d'une nouvelle vision du monde, elle exprime des préoccupations fortes, complexes et parfois contradictoires. Désormais sur le marché du travail, elle est devenue une priorité stratégique pour les entreprises. Faut-il réinventer les codes du management ou adapter la culture d'entreprise et ses pratiques ? Comment capitaliser sur le potentiel de ces jeunes talents, dont l'engagement est souvent volatil ? Sans tomber dans le piège des clichés générationnels, Élodie Gentina offre un éclairage nuancé sur les modes de consommation des Z qui influent sur leur relation à l'environnement de travail. Sa double approche sociétale et managériale est illustrée de paroles d'experts (sociologues, philosophes, pédopsychiatres, pédiatres). Plus d'une cinquantaine de DRH et dirigeants d'entreprise témoignent du rapport des Z au travail.
