Abstract

La mise en examen d'un leader d'opinion médical pour inconduite sexuelle a permis d'en analyser le bouche-à-oreille électronique. La satisfaction des clients émanant d'une servuction antérieure positive favorise toutes les dimensions de la confiance envers le leader d'opinion ainsi que l'adoption de sa défense alors que l'insatisfaction opère à l'inverse. Les internautes se présentant comme victimes expriment une valence négative de la bienveillance et de l'intégrité alors que la compétence perçue n'est pas affectée. Nous étendons la discussion aux reconfigurations de la confiance lors d'incidents critiques de servuction médicale et à la prévention de la violation des frontières éthiques.
