Abstract

Résultats d'enquête issus d'une étude exploratoire, sur les déterminants organisationnels et managériaux de la santé des salariés dans une PME située dans le secteur des centres d'appels. A rebours de nombreux travaux critiques, la communication soutient que ce n'est pas tant le management qui impacte négativement la santé des salariés, que l'absence de management : absence de définition précise des rôles, absence de lieux formels de communication, absence d'entretiens individuels d'évaluation, absence de mécanismes de rationalisation des émotions au travail et d'objectivation des efforts, etc.
