Abstract

Cette communication s'intéresse à la question des avantages supposés des très petites entreprises (TPE). Nos observations réalisées dans des recherches-interventions ne convergent pas toujours avec les avantages souvent attribués aux petites entreprises. Nous cherchons à montrer que la petite taille des entreprises ne permet pas toujours une communication plus fluide, un cadre de travail agréable et réactif, une forte flexibilité pour répondre aux aléas de l'environnement ou faire face aux demandes des clients. Une recherche-intervention peut aider à structurer et à identifier la réalité des avantages supposés des TPE. Notre communication analyse six recherches-interventions dans des TPE françaises permettant de montrer les limites de leurs avantages présumés. Nous cherchons à enrichir l'analyse des TPE, à mieux définir la réalité du contexte de travail en petites entreprises et améliorer leur performance.
