Abstract

Quels points communs entre la Gendarmerie Nationale, Nokia, la ville de Detroit, le port de Hong Kong ou encore le groupe La Poste ? Ces organisations n'ont pas la même histoire, les mêmes résultats et encore moins la même culture. Pourtant elles sont toutes soumises à la même vague : celle des ruptures technologiques qui viennent bouleverser leurs modes de fonctionnement, parfois même leur raison d'être. S'adapter ou mourir, voilà une obsession de transformation observée à travers le monde auprès de nombreux grands acteurs bouleversés par l'intelligence artificielle, la robotique, la blockchain ou l'Internet des objets. Recueil d'observations et de bonnes pratiques, Prendre la vague propose un éclairage nouveau et pragmatique sur les grands enjeux de transformation d'aujourd'hui.
