Abstract

Following the Ukrainian conflict, which affects peace on the European continent as well as the stability of the financial markets, the rise in the cost of energy is causing a new recession in the member countries of the European Union. Publicly listed companies fear the worst. Their leaders seek to avoid resorting to growing indebtedness. In order to stem this scourge which is gradually poisoning European regulated markets, a new legal structure has just appeared: equitization.
