Abstract

Le processus d'achat de produits de santé au sein d'un groupement d'achat hospitalier est ponctué de plusieurs choix pris de façon collective dans un contexte fortement marqué par l'incertitude. Celle-ci, accentuée par le caractère collectif des décisions, a un impact sur le caractère consensuel et sur la qualité des choix. En collaboration avec le coordonnateur et les pharmaciens du groupement d'achat de produits de santé Garonne, les auteurs ont mené une étude sur la phase de proposition de choix de la campagne d'achat de dispositifs médicaux (2015-2017) qui leur a permis d'apporter un éclairage sur la décision collective, d'identifier quatre sources d'incertitude et de mettre en évidence les facteurs qui contribuent à réduire cette dernière.
