Abstract

Le chômage de masse des années 1990 a amené l'OCDE à préconiser des réformes du marché du travail. L'institution recommande notamment de décentraliser les négociations collectives. Suite à la crise financière de 2008, les instances européennes réitèrent cette recommandation, plus particulièrement à l'égard des pays sous assistance financière.
