Abstract

Le Professeur Jacques Rojot, fondateur de la revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaine, nous a quitté le 15 avril 2020, des suites d'une longue maladie. Né le 22 novembre 1941, Jacques Rojot a suivi une formation à la fois dans les universités françaises et nord-américaines (UCLA) avant de devenir Professeur des universités. D'abord en poste à l'Université de Rennes puis du Mans, il a ensuite dirigé pendant de longues années le département de gestion de l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Puis, il a rejoint l'Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, où il a dirigé le LARGEPA (Laboratoire de recherche en sciences de gestion Panthéon Assas) et co-dirigé le CIFFOP (Centre interdisciplinaire de formation à la fonction personnel).
