Abstract

Cet article vise à montrer comment la gestion par projets peut contribuer au succès du développement de produits nouveaux. Après une caractérisation des structures organisationnelles d'ingénierie et de lancement de ces produits, les auteurs analysent le cas d'une entreprise ayant réussi à mettre en place une gestion par projets efficace dans le temps.
