Abstract

La série La casa de papel, mieux qu'un manuel de management ? Créée par Àlex Pina, la première saison de la série La casa de papel rencontre un succès modeste lors de sa diffusion en 2017 sur une chaîne télévisuelle espagnole. C'est finalement sur Netflix que la série connaîtra un succès sans précédent. L'aventure de cette équipe de braqueurs aux talents divers, dirigée à distance par le Professeur, constitue le moyen idéal pour comprendre des notions et concepts jusqu'alors enseignés lors de cours magistraux classiques. En effet, s'il incarne parfaitement les activités principales du manager : Planifier, Organiser, Diriger, Contrôler, le Professeur est-il pour autant exemplaire dans le management de son équipe ? S'il est un stratège hors pair, serait-il aussi un bon pédagogue du management ? Quant aux échecs successifs des forces de l'ordre pour déjouer les plans des braqueurs, sont-ils uniquement le fruit de méthodes de management plus ou moins défaillantes ou de l'inadéquation de leur organisation face à une situation inédite ? À travers cette série emblématique vous découvrirez les fondamentaux du management (Taylorisme, sensemaking, formes d'organisation, légitimité du pouvoir) et ses évolutions récentes (le management à distance ou le management au féminin).
