Abstract

Dans le cadre des journées de recherche portant sur les dynamiques inclusiveset leurs nouveaux enjeux, nous souhaitons discuter du rôle de l'organisme de formation (notamment celui des Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France) dans l'inclusion au monde professionnel. Nous aborderons ainsi les thèmes suivants : celui de la diversité et de l'inclusion (le public étudié étant décrocheur scolaire et social) ainsi que celui de la formation professionnelle et de l'inclusion (notre terrain étant représenté par l'association ouvrière des Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France).
