Abstract

Cet ouvrage se propose d'initier le lecteur à ce domaine à la fois passionnant et controversé que constituent l'efficience des marchés boursiers et ses ramifications multiples. Il s'adresse d'abord aux praticiens de la finance en leur offrant une perspective large et pragmatique du thème abordé. Dans cette optique, il part des définitions des principaux concepts pour évoluer progressivement vers une synthèse des développements empiriques les plus récents. De la sorte, il permet aux professionnels de confronter leur expérience personnelle aux résultats issus de la littérature scientifique. Ce livre est aussi destiné aux étudiants de troisième cycle en économie ou en gestion qui désirent parfaire leurs connaissances des marchés financiers.
