Abstract

Encore plus que par le passé, les évolutions techniques se caractérisent par une ouverture des possibles, notamment en terme de choix organisationnels. C'est l'opportunité qu'a saisie une grande entreprise française d'aéronautique, l'implantation d'une nouvelle machine, pour expérimenter une démarche de changement organisationnel originale et mettre en place une équipe semi-autonome. Ce cas révèle que si le lancement d'un nouveau projet technique peut ouvrir l'éventail des choix, il ne suffit pas à créer les conditions nécessaires à un changement organisationnel profond. Pour cela, il doit s'accompagner d'une évolution des représentations, des modes de penser et d'agir dans le sens d'une prise en compte conjointe des aspects techniques et sociaux.
