Abstract

Pour l'ensemble des responsables et adhérents des caves coopératives étudiées, le développement du numérique s'accélère. L'enjeu est de conserver par la formation et le conseil une maîtrise minimale sur ce processus et de mieux coordonner à l'échelle de la coopérative les différents domaines de ce développement, à la fois au vignoble, dans la gestion des vendanges, pour gérer la traçabilité et pour la communication interne et externe. Pour autant, ce développement est source de tensions concernant le modèle économique, la place des adhérents et l'organisation du travail car le numérique n'est pas toujours synonyme de gain de temps.
