L’émergence d’une communauté dédiée à l’éducation, à l’environnement et au développement durable : le cas des Fertiles Rencontres sur le territoire métropolitain d’Aix Marseille

Abstract

Sur le territoire de la métropole Aix Marseille, la communauté des Fertiles Rencontres a initié une démarche pour co-construire une stratégie d'éducation à l'environnement et au développement durable (EEDD.) Elle rassemble les acteurs dont la mission est de sensibiliser, éduquer et protéger un patrimoine à la fois naturel et culturel auprès de différents publics, autour du partage de connaissances et de valeurs écologiques et culturelles. La recherche en cours consiste à considérer l'émergence d'une telle communauté comme une réponse organisationnelle à des attentes sociétales et sociales. Il s'agit de qualifier cette forme organisationnelle originale et hybride. Ses caractéristiques permettent de la rapprocher non seulement d'une communauté de pratique, dont les modalités d'émergence et de fonctionnement sont plus largement appuyées sur une dynamique de « faire-commun ». Nos analyses soulignent l'importance dans la constitution d'une communauté des rencontres physiques dans des tiers-lieux, la construction d'un objectif commun dans les interstices organisationnels et de la construction d'un sens commun.
