Abstract

Els principis del desenvolupament sostenible obliguen moltes de les estacions espanyoles a revalorar l'impacte del turisme en el seu entorn. Els nostres comentaris presenten una anàlisi de les noves estratègies de gestió de les estacions marítimes espanyoles com Orpesa de Mar i Benicàssim a la província de Castelló a partir de la relació que els actors polítics, els habitants i els turistes tenen amb el seu territori i els recursos patrimonials i ambientals. present. L'adaptació d'aquests espais productius turístics es pot entendre a través dels canvis recents, val la pena destacar la nova consciència de la memòria de les estacions marines i a través d'aquesta la caracterització d'una palanca d'actuació per a una actuació més responsable que li permeti formar part d'un estratègia espacial i cultural. Aquests jocs de records, l'oblit o la seva reactivació tenen conseqüències espacials ben visibles i s'incorporen a una economia turística on l'immoble juga un paper decisiu.
