Abstract

Dans la continuité des « Breaking news » de l'année dernière, RHinfo permet cette année encore de mettre en avant les analyses des jeunes professionnels RH du master 2 « Management Digital des Ressources Humaines - Spécialisation : gestion de crise » de Institut Mines-Télécom Business School. Ces analyses ont été réalisées dans le cadre de leur mémoire de fin d'études. Celui comporte une problématique, la rédaction d'une revue de littérature ainsi que la conduite d'une mini-enquête terrain (environ six entretiens réalisés en moyenne dans une même organisation ou plusieurs organisations auprès de salariés, de managers et/ou de professionnels RH), le tout autour de cette même problématique. Cet épisode 1 de la saison 2 porte sur l'analyse des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines en période de crise (jusqu'à juin 2021). Il comporte deux parties. [...]
