Abstract

Cet ouvrage est le résultat d'une recherche collective dont les travaux ont été exposés lors du colloque de Saint-Pétersbourg du 10 juin 2013, organisé par le CRDEI (Centre de Recherche et de Documentation Européennes et Internationales), et le CMRP (Centre Montesquieu de Recherche Politique) avec le soutien du CNRS et de l'IDEX, et en collaboration avec le Collège universitaire français de l'Université d'Etat de Saint-Pétersbourg et de son ancien Directeur, Ludovic ROYER. A cette date, les organisateurs étaient encore loin d'imaginer l'ampleur des changements qui se profilaient : conflits ukrainien et syrien, élévation des tensions entre la Russie et les Etats-Unis, multiplications des sanctions internationales à l'adresse de la Russie et adoption de sanctions-miroir de son côté, etc.
