Abstract

Plus diplômée que les précédentes, la Génération 2017 est aussi mieux lotie en termes d'insertion professionnelle. Taux d'emploi, accès au CDI, salaires, les indicateurs virent au vert jusqu'au coup d'arrêt, temporaire, imposé par la crise sanitaire. Pour autant, les parcours restent difficiles – voire chaotiques – pour plus d'un tiers des jeunes, et surtout pour les non-diplômés souvent cantonnés aux marges de l'emploi. Des conditions de la scolarité à la situation pendant et après le confinement du printemps 2020, en passant par leurs premiers pas sur le marché du travail, ce Céreq Bref offre un tour d'horizon des résultats fournis par l'enquête Génération 2017.
