Abstract

En 2021, un projet de Peer-Coaching (coaching réciproque) a été mis en place au sein du parcours Informatique et Management de l'IAE Gustave Eiffel. Ce parcours comprend la Licence Informatique et Management et le Master Management de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information. Il regroupe 121 étudiants. Pour les accompagner dans leur séance de coaching, nous avons réalisé un serious game sous forme de jeu de cartes. Ce jeu sérieux reprend les « compétences du 21 ème siècle » du Programme P21 : Partnership for 21st Century Learning et le modèle GROW de Whitmore (2012). Le but de ce jeu sérieux est de permettre l'acquisition de nouvelles compétences pour renforcer la posture de manager coach, objectif principal du projet. Après un premier mois de test, les résultats sont encourageants mais la partie ludique du jeu sérieux est à retravailler afin d'accompagner au mieux les étudiants dans l'exploitation de ce support lors de leurs séances de coaching.
