Abstract

Ausgehend von der ethnografischen Betrachtung eines dualen Systems wird in diesem Artikel die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Ausbildung und Arbeitswelt untersucht (in Kinderkrippen und französischen Vorschulen), wo zukünftige Fachleute auf die Ausübung ihres Berufs vorbereitet werden. Ziel ist einerseits zu zeigen, dass sich die Ausbildung nicht auf die Beherrschung von technischen Vorgängen beschränken darf, die von ethischen und politischen Dimensionen der Arbeit getrennt sind – auch bei Berufen mit geringer Qualifikation -, und andererseits auf die Bedeutung der Organisationsbedingungen im dualen System zur Stärkung des Ausbildungspotenzials hinzuweisen.
