Abstract

Plus d'un mois après le début de la guerre en Ukraine et alors que le conflit s'enlise, la situation pourrait devenir intenable pour les pays d'Afrique. Les questions de l'approvisionnement et de la dépendance de certaines économies africaines aux marchés russe et ukrainien constituent le premier point de tension, aux conséquences immédiates. Parallèlement, l'envol des prix des biens alimentaires et de l'énergie constituent une sérieuse menace pour la sécurité alimentaire. Enfin, compte tenu de leur environnement macroéconomique dégradé, de nombreuses économies africaines n'ont que peu de marge de manœuvre pour soutenir leur population et font face à une forte tension budgétaire.
