Femmes repreneures : toujours des défis à relever

Abstract

Un dirigeant d'entreprise sur trois seulement est une femme. En pratique, la transmission familiale se fait plus fréquemment en direction des héritiers mâles, les femmes n'étant appelées à la succession que par défaut ou par accident. La solidité des stéréotypes explique que les femmes héritent d'une entreprise moins fréquemment que les hommes. Or trois exemples analysés dans l'article démontrent – s'il en était besoin – que les femmes entreprenantes sont tout aussi aptes que les hommes à réussir une succession familiale, à reprendre l'entreprise de leur employeur ou à racheter et à redresser une PME en situation délicate.
