Abstract

Les services numériques aux entreprises constituent le lieu d'émergence de nouveaux modèles d'organisations productives liés au développement du travail en freelance. Il apparaît notamment des formes de collectifs autogérés qui se présentent comme des alternatives aux Sociétés de services en ingénierie Informatique (SSII, également appelés ESN, Entreprise de Services du numérique), et aux plateformes de freelancing qui fleurissent sur ce marché. Cet article raconte l'histoire de l'un de ses collectifs, né il y a 7 ans dans un espace de coworking parisien et rassemblant aujourd'hui plusieurs centaines de membres. Il illustre les difficultés de régulation et de gouvernance auxquelles sont confrontées les organisations de ce type lorsqu'il s'agit de "passer à l'échelle" tout en conservant les principes fondateurs d'un travail libre.
