Abstract

Alors que les études en sciences sociales mettent plutôt l'accent sur le caractère collectif et processuel de la décision, les acteurs de terrain, dans les organisations, insistent sur la dimension solitaire de la décision. Est-ce lié à leur formation ? Comment forme-t-on les décideurs et décideuses ? Les forme-t-on à décider seul ou en collectif ? D'ailleurs, quelles méthodes pédagogiques sont-elles utilisées pour former à la décision ? Le jeu apparaît comme une solution utilisée historiquement par les militaires, mais aussi par les milieux d'affaire. Il continue à être mobilisé aujourd'hui pour former les préfets à gérer les situations de crises et les médecins dans les hôpitaux. Peut-on vraiment apprendre à décider en jouant ?
