Abstract

À dix reprises, le Contrôle général émet un emprunt fondé sur le principe de la tontine : chaque année les souscripteurs survivants reçoivent leurs arrérages mais se partagent en plus les arrérages des souscripteurs prédécédés. Le dernier survivant reçoit la totalité des arrérages tant qu'il est en vie. Ces emprunts relèvent d'une technique obligataire nettement plus imaginative que celle d'une rente perpétuelle et méritent d'être connus.
