Abstract

Les formes « classiques » d'accompagnement des entrepreneurs se centrent sur les phases de création et de développement en privilégiant une approche de type externe. En effet, elles se fondent essentiellement sur des incitations standardisées et l'introduction d'outils, mais sans toujours tenir compte de la personnalité de l'entrepreneur lui-même. Ce chapitre vise à plaider en faveur d'un accompagnement personnalisé, centré sur la personne du dirigeant, en particulier au cours du passage entre l'intention entrepreneuriale et l'action de création ainsi que sur des formes nouvelles comme le Coaching et le Mentorat.
