Abstract

Cet ouvrage fait suite au colloque international « La problématique du développement durable vingt ans après : nouvelles lectures théoriques, innovations méthodologiques, et domaines d'extension » (Université Lille 1, novembre 2008). Les contributions réunies ici s'attachent à porter un nouveau regard sur les dynamiques territoriales associées aux politiques de développement durable en mettant l'accent sur les liens qui unissent ressources, patrimoine et territoires. Dans un premier temps, les auteurs reviennent sur un certain nombre d'approches méthodologiques (participation et villes durables, démarches d'écologie industrielle) mais aussi théoriques du développement durable territorialisé. Plusieurs enjeux importants au sein des espaces urbains et péri-urbains, en France et à l'étranger (Suisse, Brésil), pour la mise en oeuvre d'un développement durable territorialisé (étalement urbain et aménagement, transport, qualité de l'air, drainage) sont ensuite analysés. Enfin différentes approches théoriques et analytiques (économie du patrimoine, approche constructiviste des ressources territoriales, espaces fonctionnels, approche régulationniste) sont mobilisées pour interroger la place et le rôle des dynamiques patrimoniales et des ressources naturelles et territoriales dans la construction d'un développement durable des territoires.
