Abstract

France's hospitals are going through an unprecedented crisis the strong progression of the COVID-19 pandemic is challenging management processes and more, particularly patient flow management. Few studies have studied examined the ICT adoption in a crisis context marked by a high influx of patients. This is where the interest of our scientific contribution lies, whose purpose is to provide an understanding of the levers for and obstacles to the information system adoption by hospitals in the context of the Coronavirus health crisis context. our objective will be to shed light on the determinants that can be used by hospitals to better manage and trace the just-in-time affected patients' flows. Our study adopts a qualitative approach based on 22 semi-directed interviews carried out with users of the information system for monitoring victims of exceptional health situations (SI-VIC
