Abstract

Our qualitative survey of young people with projects in so-called "sensitive" neigh- bourhoods highlighted the role of the third party facilitator in the expression and realisation of the young person's project. The question asked is: can we learn to be entrepreneurs? The answer to this question is contained in the qualities required of the third party facilitator. He is a structuring marker and a guide, he reveals potential and facilitates entrepreneurial action. To develop the entrepreneurial culture in the young project leader, the third party facilitates self-confidence and self-esteem. He or she facilitates the creation of a network that gives value to the project. It is the network that supports the project and defines its intrinsic quality. The limitations of our research lie in the absence of a comparison and longitudinal study of young project holders who are the subject of entrepreneurial support and who live in a so-called 'non-sensitive' neighbourhoo
