Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the decision to finance business creation projects through a sample of 20 funders located in the wilaya of Bejaia. The results proved the statistical significance of six variables, among thirteen proposed. These are the experience, the relationship, the financial projections, the type of funding, the amount of funding and the guarantees. Our recommendations relate to institutional, regulatory and technical considerations.
