Comment la flexibilité des systèmes électriques est prise en compte dans les objectifs climatiques ? Outil : Couplage Scénarios prospectifs avec Programmation optimale des centrales sur le marché spot. Résultat : besoin de plus de flexibilité dans les modèles à forte granularité temporelle
