Abstract

La reprise économique mondiale, permise par une injection colossale de dépenses publiques dans le circuit économique (des États-Unis à la Chine), est fragile mais réelle. Un seul continent reste en retrait, l'Europe. Retrouver le chemin de la croissance n'est plus sa priorité politique. Elle s'est engagée dans une autre voie : celle de la lutte contre les déficits publics. (Premier paragraphe de l'introduction)
