Abstract

Cette conférence débat s'intéresse aux concepts de mobilité durable, habitat coopératif, redéfinition des espaces de travail, usage temporaire de l'espace public... Telles sont les tendances qui sont en train de transformer le visage et l'esprit des villes autour de notions devenues centrales comme le partage, l'éphémère et la réversibilité. La question qui se pose alors est de savoir si la ville de demain ville de demain se transformera en cauchemar ou permettra le mieux vivre ensemble ? Dès lors, il s'agit de redessiner les thèmes des ressources humaines, de l'urbanisme et de l'architecture et d'imaginer d'autres modes de vie et d'organisation du travail. Camille de Bovis, Maître de Conférences, iaelyon School of Management - Université Jean Moulin Co-responsable du Master Management des Ressources Humaines et Organisation, ses domaines d'expertises sont la prévention et le comportement organisationnel en situation d'incertitude et de complexité. Elle participe également au programme de recherche « Projet Intel'Eco-Innov », qui traite de l'engagement des entreprises françaises dans des stratégies d'éco-innovation.
