Abstract

Quel footballeur, amateur comme professionnel, n'a pas rêvé d'un ballon qui revient tout seul au centre du terrain (#Bbacksystem) ou encore quel pongiste n'a jamais souhaité jouer avec une balle incassable (#Flattyball) ? Concevoir des innovations attractives et exceptionnelles de demain autour et en lien direct avec ses clients (le « made with and by users »), c'est le pari que s'est lancé le groupe français Decathlon en avril 2014 en lançant la plate-forme digitale internationale (accessible dans 10 pays) de crowdsourcing – Decathlon Creation (anciennement Open Oxylane).
