Abstract

Le « cadrage macroéconomique » est le support de la définition des politiques économiques depuis l'ajustement. Réalisé avec les organisations internationales, il exerce un pouvoir normalisateur sur les pratiques administratives nationales mais passe, en pratique, par des séries de tâtonnements et de négociations. Au Burkina Faso et en Mauritanie, le cadrage et ses normes ont contribué à l'émergence de récits fictionnels sur l'économie et contribué à asseoir les modes de domination politique. Ils ont donc placé des objets formels fragiles et instables au cœur des pratiques de pouvoir.
