Abstract

Dans la partie 4, on s'intéresse à la façon dont l'État est en train de prendre en charge toutes les pertes économiques liées à la crise, et ce que cela change (ou pas) sur le rôle et la perception de l'Etat. Dans cette première vidéo sur le sujet (4.1), il est surtout question des effets de "second tour", à venir, de la crise économique en cours. Effets liés à la baisse des revenus en France et dans le monde. Il y est aussi question des politiques de relance à mettre en œuvre pour y faire face, et de l'économiste John Maynard Keynes, dont il sera beaucoup question dans les mois à venir.
