Abstract

Si elles sont désormais près d'une centaine en France et en progression à travers le monde, les monnaies locales complémentaires n'ont pas encore fait la preuve de leur capacité à transformer le système financier et les économies locales. Pour l'heure, leur intérêt réside surtout dans leur pouvoir de transformation des imaginaires monétaires. Des propositions sont toutefois avancées pour leur permettre de changer d'échelle, comme le rôle qu'elles pourraient jouer dans l'attribution des crédits.
