Abstract

COP24 laborieuse, taxation carbone suspendue dès le début de la crise des « gilets jaunes »… la préoccupation climatique semble être passée au second plan de l'agenda politique mondial et hexagonal ces dernières semaines. Quelle sera sa place au sein du grand débat national, lancé ce mardi 15 janvier, et qui propose d'y consacrer l'un de ses quatre thèmes ? (Premier paragraphe)
