La FNEGE: 50 ans d’agilité pour l’enseignement de la gestion des entreprises

Abstract

Le management des entreprises est au coeur de la compétitivité de la France. La qualité de la formation dans ce domaine constitue l'une des deux forces principales de l'économie française selon le World Economic Forum. Et pourtant, la formation au management était balbutiante il y a cinquante ans.Le 15 mai 1968, à l'initiative de Michel DEBRÉ, la Fondation nationale pour l'enseignement de la gestion des entreprises (FNEGE) est créée. Elle envoie des centaines de futurs professeurs se former en Amérique du Nord, afin de moderniser l'enseignement de la gestion des entreprises. Elle accompagne l'émergence de cette nouvelle discipline, les sciences de gestion, et la transformation profonde de l'enseignement du management et de la recherche en France.Cet ouvrage anniversaire retrace cette aventure en laissant la parole à ses grands acteurs. Il met en scène leurs témoignages, montrant l'agilité constante de la FNEGE pour répondre aux enjeux collectifs et aux bouleversements parfois brutaux de l'enseignement supérieur de la gestion, avec le souci constant de contribuer à l'utilité collective, pour l'ensemble des acteurs et du système.
