Abstract

Face à un accroissement du numérique, de nombreux musées mettent en place des solutions numériques de médiation culturelle. Cette communication a pour objet d'étudier la mise en pratique de ces stratégies numériques au regard du Projet Culturel et Scientifique propre à chaque établissement muséal. Nous tâcherons de comprendre comme se formalise la mise en place des outils interactifs de médiation culturelle au sein de la stratégie globale des musées. Nous mobilisons les apports du courant théorique Strategy as Practice afin d'appréhender comment les acteurs organisationnels de ces institutions se saisissent de ces stratégies afin de répondre au projet de leurs établissements à travers une étude exploratoire portant sur un corpus de textes comportant des documents stratégiques et récits de professionnels à propos des stratégies numériques.
