Abstract

Depuis quelques années, le secteur public promeut l'innovation en intégrant à ses logiques structurelles de nouvelles formes de management, qui tendent à repenser l'organisation et la gestion du travail dans le domaine. Ce désir d'innovation est primordial : pour repenser le secteur public, d'un point de vue conceptuel comme pratique, il convient d'introduire de nouvelles formes de gestion, d'organisations, de compétences pour provoquer une rupture avec le passé. Quelles formes prend cette innovation publique ? Quel type de management est appliqué au secteur public ? Comment innover en repensant les moyens d'interaction managériaux du secteur ? Outre les réponses à ces questions, le présent ouvrage présente également les limites et difficultés de l'innovation publique dans ce domaine, et donne à voir une analyse précise des moyens mis en oeuvre pour appliquer ces nouvelles formes de management public.
