Abstract

Dans son discours télévisé du 16 mars 2020, le président de la République a déclaré : « Nous sommes en guerre, en guerre sanitaire certes. Nous ne luttons ni contre une armée ni contre une autre nation, mais l'ennemi est là, invisible, insaisissable, et qui progresse ». Bien entendu le discours présidentiel est dicté par la volonté de faire front commun ; toutefois ce discours est révélateur du tropisme cartésien : la volonté de simplifier les problèmes.
