Abstract

S'inspirant de la pensée anti-utilitariste de Marcel Mauss, les « convivialistes » 1-des économistes, sociologues, anthropologues, philosophes, ingénieurs, etc.-réfléchissent à de nouvelles voies pour sortir des impasses du paradigme néo-libéral et agro-industriel. Divers sujets leur permettent d'envisager un avenir commun en cherchant des alternatives. L'article traite de la table, lieu qui rassemble, par l'alimentation et la façon de la produire qui sont de puissants leviers de changement.
