Interview pour le média en ligne Educpros. Quelle autonomie de gestion des personnels, en particulier celles des BIATSS, les universités ont-elles acquis depuis la loi LRU ? Romain Pierronnet, docteur en sciences de gestion à l'université Paris-Est, s'est appuyé sur les entretiens professionnels, outils de gestion révélateurs des pratiques RH, pour y répondre dans le cadre de sa thèse.
