Abstract

Le secteur agri-alimentaire, système caractérisé en parti par des acteurs de l'amont et de l'aval des filières, a besoin de solutions innovantes pour faire face aux défis mondiaux que représentent l'augmentation de la population mondiale, le changement climatique, la réduction de l'utilisation des ressources naturelles ou le gaspillage alimentaire tout en maintenant sa productivité et rentabilité. La digitalisation de ce secteur est perçue comme l'une des solutions pouvant répondre à ces défis. L'analyse de 95 startup françaises a permis d'identifier 110 technologies numériques, regroupées en sept types de technologies numériques, soutenant différentes activités de ce secteur, allant de la fourche à la fourchette. L'activité la plus numérisée reste la production et un seul type de technologie supporte toutes les activités du secteur. Les technologies identifiées montrent un potentiel pour relever les défis mondiaux auxquels le secteur est confronté. Toutefois, le travail conduit met en évidence un manque d'homogénéisation quant à la digitalisation du secteur agri-alimentaire, de plus en plus nécessaire pour générer une chaîne agri-alimentaire efficace et résiliente pour relever ces défis.
