Abstract

Parmi les multiples expériences nationales de mise en oeuvre d'indicateurs de bien-être, il nous a semblé intéressant d'opposer deux cas extrêmes : le Bhoutan et la France. En effet, si le Bhoutan s'enorgueillit d'avoir inscrit le Bonheur National Brut dans sa constitution, la France a vu son gouvernement oublier en octobre 2017 de publier le rapport sur les indicateurs de richesse pourtant exigé par la loi du 14 avril 2015.
