Abstract

Cet ouvrage propose un recueil de réflexions sur le concept de controverse tel qu'il est mobilisé en sciences des organisations. La controverse est une situation de débat entre plusieurs acteurs à propos de connaissances qui ne sont pas encore assurées. Ici on s'interroge sur le rôle de la controverse dans l'appropriation des outils de gestion et dans le développement de nouvelles connaissances dans les organisations. L'ouvrage expérimente également une autre manière de construire un savoir scientifique.
